Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

Thank you for shopping with Stanza.
Our goal is to ensure every customer receives the highest-quality sound kits and digital products possible.
Because our products are digital goods, all sales are final once your order has been processed and delivered.

By completing a purchase on our site, you agree to this Refund Policy and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the product download has begun.


1. DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

All Stanza products — including but not limited to loop kits, drum kits, one-shots, MIDI files, sample packs, and preset banks — are delivered electronically via instant download links.

Since these items cannot be “returned” once accessed, we do not issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason including:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You no longer want or need the product

  • You purchased the wrong item or duplicate by mistake

  • You do not have the required software, hardware, or technical ability to use the files

If you experience any issue with your download link or believe a file is corrupted, contact us at support@stanzasounds.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist in resolving the issue or re-sending your files at no additional cost.


2. EXCEPTIONS (CASE-BY-CASE)

Refunds may only be issued in rare, exceptional cases where:

  • The product was never delivered due to a verified technical error on our system or Shopify’s servers, and

  • You contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and proof of payment.

If the digital download has been accessed or downloaded, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable.


3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (if applicable)

If we offer physical merchandise (e.g., apparel, hardware, or physical bundles), those items may qualify for return or exchange only if they arrive defective or damaged.

To request a return:

  1. Email support@stanzasounds.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item for replacement.

We do not accept returns for size exchanges or buyer’s remorse on physical goods.


4. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid digital delivery is considered fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to:

  • Report fraudulent disputes to payment processors and related authorities;

  • Terminate future access to Stanza products or accounts; and

  • Pursue legal remedies for loss of revenue or associated fees.

Please contact us directly before filing a dispute — in almost every case, we can resolve your issue quickly and professionally.


5. DOWNLOAD ACCESS AND EXPIRATION

Upon purchase, you’ll receive a download link sent to the email provided at checkout.

Links remain active for a reasonable period but may expire or be refreshed periodically to prevent unauthorized distribution. You are responsible for backing up your files once downloaded.


6. FRAUD PREVENTION

All transactions are automatically screened for potential fraud.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders flagged by our payment processors for further verification.

In such cases, you may be required to provide additional proof of identity or payment authorization before your order is processed.
